JLC Scholarship Program Manager

The Junior League of Cleveland’s Scholarship Program was established to help women pursue higher education after interuption. When I stepped in as Program Director, the process was paper-based, manually scored, and struggled to reach a diverse applicant pool. My goal was to modernize the program, improve accessibility, and build a stronger connection with both applicants and community partners.

Facebook Power Admins Group

Meta’s Power Admins program was designed to connect and support the world’s top Facebook Group leaders. These admins manage highly engaged communities across diverse topics—parenting, mental health, racial justice, and more. Through Khoros, I served as the lead Community Manager for the Power Admins group, helping maintain connection, share best practices, and scale storytelling for thousands of global community leaders.

HDR is a global architecture, engineering, and consulting firm. As a Pursuit Specialist for the Healthcare division in Dallas, I managed high-stakes proposal processes, developed internal messaging strategies, and strengthened HDR’s community presence through service and CSR programming. I helped secure millions in projects while elevating employee engagement through branded content and community-facing campaigns.
