Meet the Team


  • Principal | CFO

    Joseph is a senior engineering project manager who thrives at the intersection of precision, communication, and collaboration. Known for simplifying complex problems and driving strategic initiatives forward, he ensures seamless execution from concept to completion, often across global project teams.

    With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a passion for continuous improvement, he believes every great project starts with great communication because he’s passionate about training engineers to lead, not just execute.

    Pamela is a connector at heart. Whether she’s coaching a job seeker, leading a workshop on personal branding, or helping a nonprofit strengthen its outreach strategy, she’s obsessed with amplifying impact and building communities that thrive.

    Pamela brings a bold mix of strategy, storytelling, and service to everything she does. She is currently earning her M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
